تطبيق طبيبك هون هو منصة الكترونية من تطوير وإنشاء شركة (scit )ملتزمون بحماية خصوصيتكم وهذه السياسات وغيرها من البنود المشار إليها تاليا تحدد أساس التعامل بيننا وبين مقدم الخدمة وطالب الخدمة لذلك نرجو قراءتها بعناية حتى تتضح كيفية تعاملنا مع معلوماتكم الشخصية والبيانات التي يتم تناقلها عبر التطبيق كما أننا نجمع المعلومات التي تقدمها لنا وتستخدمها (اسم المستخدم – كلمة المرور- المعلومات الأخرى ..)وبالتالي نحن لن نبيع هذه المعلومات لطرف ثالث كما أننا نستخدم ملفات تعريف الارتباط حتى نتمكن من تحسين وصولك إلى الموقع وإرسال التنبيهات والعروض لكم ومن خلال تسجيلكم معنا فإنكم توافقون على البنود المشار إليها في سياسة الخصوصية والشروط والأحكام

بما أن أحد أهدافنا الأساسية في تطبيق طبيبك هون هو الحفاظ على خصوصية المستخدمين لذلك نلتزم بعدم الكشف عن أي معلومات شخصية تخص المستخدمين لأي جهة كانت خارج فريق عمل التطبيق في حدود المسموح به تبعا لقوانين الجمهورية العربية السورية ويلتزم بذلك المستخدمون كافة بالحفاظ على سرية معلوماتهم الشخصية وكلمة السر
الرقابة على المحتوى
نحتفظ بالحق في إدارة ومراقبة كافة محتويات المنصة ولذلك نحتفظ بالحق في حذف أو تحرير أو إزالة أي مستخدم ينشر أمور مخالفة لأهداف المنصة وشروطها وأحكامها ويتحمل مقدم الخدمة وطالبها مسؤولية جميع البيانات والمعلومات التي يشاركونها عبر التطبيق لذلك عند موافقتك على التسجيل فأنت توافق ضمنيا على شروط وأحكام المنصة وعلى عدم مخالفتها
هذه البنود والسياسات محل تطوير وتحسين دائم لذلك على المستخدمين مراجعتها بشكل دوري.
المواد التي يمنع تداولها : كل ما فيه تشهير أو تهديد للآخرين أو كل محتوى يناقش أنشطة غير مشروعة أو ينتهك الملكية الفكرية وكل محتوى يخل بالآداب العامة أو له علاقة بالأنشطة الحزبية والسياسية أو أي محتوى يهدف إلى تضليل الآخرين أو يتضمن برمجيات خبيثة أو فيروسات .وان أي انتهاك لبنود قائمة المحظورات المذكورة تمنح التطبيق السلطة والقدرة على إنهاء استخدامك ووصولك دون إشعار مسبق .
الشروط والأحكام
الشروط والأحكام الخاصة بطالب الخدمة :
تطبيق طبيبك هون هو منصة الكترونية تجمع بين مقدم الخدمة وطالبها حيث يسمح لمقدم الخدمة ( طبيب – صيدلي –نقابات طبية ....) بالتواصل مع العملاء او اعضاء النقابات من اطباء وصيادلة سواء عن طريق المراسلة الكتابية أو الصوتية لمساعدتهم وتقديم المشورة لهم او ارسال التعاميم والقرارات الخاصة بالنقابة بالنسبة للاطباء والصيادلة وبالتالي أنت كطالب للخدمة تقر وتضمن بأنك : سوف تقدم معلومات شخصية صحيحة ودقيقة وتقوم بتحديثها بشكل دوري حين يتطلب ذلك كما سوف تراجع أي إشعارات يتم إرسالها من خلال التطبيق كما لن تقوم باستخدام المعلومات أو المحتوى في أي غرض آخر إلا للاستعمال الشخصي ولأغراض خاصة بك كما لن تقوم ببيعها لأي طرف أو تتسبب بإيذاء أو مضايقة أو إزعاج أحد وتلتزم بعدم إلحاق الضرر بالخدمة أو التطبيق بأي شكل .
الشروط والأحكام الخاصة بمقدم الخدمة :
يعد هذا التطبيق بمثابة منصة للربط بين مقدم خدمة (طبيب – صيدلي –نقابات طبية...) وبين المستخدمين طالبي الخدمة دون أن تجعل من الطبيب أو الصيدلي موظفا أو عاملا لديها ونحن نرحب بالتعامل و التعاون مع كافة الاطباء و الصيادلة والعاملين في المجال الطبي في تقديم استشاراتهم وخدماتهم عبر التطبيق بالتالي فنحن نمنحك حسابا على الجهاز الشخصي لتقديم خدمات استشارية طبية للعملاء وبالتالي فأنت تلتزم : بالاحتفاظ بالمعلومات الدقيقة والكاملة في حسابك وتقديم جميع المعلومات التي تسمح للتطبيق بالتواصل معك حسب الحاجة وأنك حاصل على كافة المؤهلات العلمية والأكاديمية اللازمة التي يتم طلبها عند التسجيل كما تعد مسؤول عن جميع الأنشطة التي تتم على حسابك الخاص ويندرج التزامك الأساسي معنا في تقديم الخدمة الاستشارية لعملاء التطبيق بدرجة م ن المهنية والحرفية وبالتالي تلتزم بالحفاظ على سرية كافة المعلومات التي تطلع عليها من خلال تعاملك مع عملائنا
المسؤولية القانونية
تقع مسؤولية جودة الاستشارة أو الخدمة بكاملها على عاتق مقدم الخدمة الطبية الذي يقدم خدمة متعلقة بمشكلة أحد طالبي الاستشارة ولن يكون التطبيق مسؤول عن الأضرار المباشرة وغير المباشرة كخسارة الأرباح أو تعطل الأعمال أو .... الناجمة عن الوصول إلى الخدمة أو استخدامها أو الاعتماد عليها .
سيحافظ التطبيق قدر الإمكان على صحة وتحديث الموقع والتطبيق ومحتوياته لكننا لا نضمن أن المحتويات المتداولة خالية من العيوب والفيروسات ولا يحمل ذلك التطبيق أي مسؤولية مترتبة عن ذلك .
القانون الواجب التطبيق : هي القوانين النافذة في الجمهورية العربية السورية .
تعديل الخدمة :
يحتفظ التطبيق لنفسه بالحق في تعديل شروط الاستخدام أو استبدال أي منها كتغيير خدمة أو تعديلها أو إيقافها أو إضافة خدمات جديدة كما يجوز للتطبيق أن يضع قيودا على ميزات أو خدمات معينة أو قصر وصولك إليها أو إلى جزء منها دون إخطار بذلك وللتطبيق في حالة الصيانة الدورية أو الحالات الطارئة إيقاف الخدمة بشكل مؤقت إذا دعت الحاجة لذلك.

جميع حقوق الملكية الفكرية لهذه الخدمات وكافة المواد المتعلقة بها أو التي تظهر عليها هو ملكية لتطبيق
يجب عليك ألا تقوم بإعادة إنتاج أو السماح لأي شخص، لأي سبب من الأسباب، باستخدام أو إعادة إنتاج الخدمات أو أي علامات تجارية أو غيرها من الأسماء التجارية التي تظهر في الخدمات
